Building a large-scale website for The Property Centre
The Brief
The Property Centre, one of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire most successful estate agencies, needed a website that could handle the scale of their business. With over 10 branches and a long list of specialist services—including mortgages,surveys, auctions, relocation and conveyancing—the new site had to be extensive, robust, and simple for users to navigate.
The Challenge
The project required a large-scale website that could showcase properties while also giving equal weight to a broad range of services. With multiple branches, community content, and features for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, the challenge was to deliver a user journey that felt intuitive, fast, and engaging without overwhelming visitors.
Our process
We built the new site on our SignaturePlus framework, ensuring high performance, speed, and flexibility. The design is clean and contemporary, making space for standout features such as Locrating integration (providing in-depth local insights on schools, broadband, and amenities), video modules, area guides, and recently sold and let property pages.
Branch-specific calls to action, custom landing pages, tenant repair reporting, and property favourites were added to enhance usability. Reviews from Google and ESTAS were integrated to build trust, while community-focused content highlighted the brand’s local roots since 1997.
The outcome
The result is a website that feels as extensive as The Property Centre’s services, yet easy to use across all devices. With fast-loading pages, smart property search tools, and engaging community content, the site now reflects the scale and professionalism of the business while offering a seamless user experience for every audience—from buyers and sellers to tenants and landlords.
