How long will my website take to build?
It depends on the type of website we are building for you.

When can I expect a positive return on investment?
Each situation is different and depends on a number of factors out of our control, such as your marketing. However, if your marketing is effective and driving traffic to the website (which we can help with), from our experience, the website should pay for itself within the first five months to a year.

After that, it becomes a profit-making machine.
How long will my new website last?
The average shelf-life of our estate agent websites is 5 - 6 years, significantly longer than average. With the new visual builder that allows our clients to easily update and edit content,  our sites can last even longer.

Yes, we have over the last 10 years integrated with pretty much every CRM available.
Will I get help with populating content on my estate agent website before launch?

Where is PropertyStream based and how long have you been running?
We started in 2014 and are based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. We also have an office on City Road in London. We love to show our clients the best of the north and take you out for lunch, so come for a visit!
Will I receive training on how to edit and manage the website?
Yes. We fully train you and your team on the content management system (CMS) at the hand-over stage of the website. Our powerful visual builder that sits behind the website makes editing and taking control of your website content nice and easy. But don’t worry, if you get stuck, we’re always here to help.
