Managing over 500 holiday homes across Dubai, the new platform had to appeal to both landlords and guests, while aligning more closely with the Group brand and delivering a seamless, high-performance user experience.

Challenges

The existing website was slow, limited in functionality and lacked the premium feel expected from the haus & haus brand. The new platform needed to support multiple languages and currencies, integrate with their CRM, and clearly communicate services to landlords and guests. It also had to balance strong visual appeal with performance, usability and SEO.

Our approach

Built on our Signature platform, we delivered a fast, stylish and highly functional website that elevates the haus & haus Holiday Rental brand. The design is modern and engaging, with video-led content, strong imagery and a clear structure tailored to both landlords and holidaymakers.

We introduced advanced functionality including a custom Avantio CRM integration, enhanced property search, multilingual support (English, Arabic and Russian), currency switching, and strategic content pages such asFurniture Solutions and Guest Services. UX was carefully considered throughout, with features such as accordion modules, property previews and listing adverts driving engagement.
