A smarter website for a market-leading agent
Brief
Livermores needed a modern, high-performing website to reflect their position as the number one estate agent in Dartford and Crayford. Their previous website had become dated and no longer reflected the strength of their brand and business. The goal was to create a smarter platform that improved user experience, increased enquiries and future-proofed their digital presence, while carefully retaining their significant local reputation and legacy.
Challenges
Modernising the look and feel without losing years of hard-earned brand recognition and search visibility. We needed to retain and import a substantial library of historic blog content to protect rankings, while introducing advanced features such as instant valuations, 24/7 bookings and enhanced search. The site had to feel powerful, seamless and commercially focused, while staying true to their independent roots and avoiding a corporate look or feel.
Our approach
We led the project from strategy and structure through to design, build and complete copywriting. The new site introduced instant valuations, 24/7 booking, enhanced map search and integrated local insights, all wrapped in a contemporary, clean and interactive design. UX and SEO were considered at every stage. Historic blog content was carefully migrated at the final stage to preserve valuable search authority and protect long-standing rankings.
Alongside launch, we implemented a strategic ongoing SEO and digital marketing programme to strengthen Google and AI visibility and drive sustained growth.
The results
A smarter, conversion-focused website that has gone from strength to strength since launch. Organic traffic has increased significantly, rankings have climbed across Google and AI search platforms, and valuation and viewing enquiries continue to grow. The platform now reflects Livermores’ ambition and market-leading position across Dartford, Crayford and surrounding areas.
