Meet Bridges, a leading and colourful agent in Surrey and Hampshire with 12 branches.

This progressive and vibrant agency needed a website upgrade in terms of design, content and functionality. A fresh website that reflected their colourful and dynamic branding, local dominance and exceptional services.

Bridges brief

James Baldry, Managing Director of Bridges was clear with his brief; a powerful website to generate more leads and drive the business forwards. The website needed to reflect their strengths across sales, lettings and new homes as well as increase visibility for their multiple branches and locations.

Bridges were after increased functionality and integrations and a fully responsive site suitable for today’s 24/7 customer. The Bridges website also needed to showcase their bright and bold branding, unique imagery style and statements to grab attention.


A feature-rich approach

We built a huge, fresh, new website with all the bells and whistles and a bold approach, offering new functionality and integrations to give visitors an improved online property experience across any device.

Applying the latest and most suitable technology, we sought out opportunities at every stage to make sure the site is powerful, agile and, importantly, lead generating.

To ensure online discoverability, the site is fully search engine optimised with SEO friendly URLs, carefully crafted metadata, individual content rich branch and area pages and property search landing pages.


Radiant results that produce leads

The Bridges website is vibrant, superfast, fully responsive and feature-rich. From a design perspective it has the unique Bridges branding and photographic style, a well thought out fully mobile responsive layout with carefully considered modules and features.

Designed from the ground up to capture leads, the site hosts eye-catching, lead generating forms which not only feedback customer data via email to the many branches, but also into the property CRM saving precious time.

We implemented an advanced property search powered by Google and packed the property detail pages with value-added features including virtual tours. is a resource rich website filled with calculators, guides, news, awards, reviews as well as branch pages, enhanced property display and a comprehensive ‘What’s Nearby’ integration for each property offering local information on schools, amenities, transports links, broadband speed and more.
