Project X – The new generation of estate agency website design

You may have heard about the imminent launch of “Project X”, which signals a new era in estate agency website design.

Being rolled out across the UK later this month, Project X combines state of the art design technology with mobile device capabilities, property management software integration, social media applications and useful add-ons including an instant property valuation tool.

Having worked alongside a number of high profile estate agents, it was clear that no one software package was able to cope with the complexity of the systems which support the everyday operations of a sales or lettings agency, not to mention the additional marketing of the agency itself.

Project X has been specifically designed in consultation with some of the biggest names in the property industry.  Helping sales and lettings agents to generate enquiries and develop leads, it is anticipated that this will become a vital weapon in the armoury of both high street and purely online agencies.

With automatic uploads to the main property portals such as Zoopla and Rightmove, the website will significantly reduce administration time by ensuring that online property portfolios are consistently kept right up to date with the minimum of effort.  At-a-glance reports detailing relevant information including visitor, lead and conversion analysis, along with valuation reports, can be produced quickly and easily, giving a true reflection of the effectiveness of marketing activity and return on investment.

Project X will be available in four packages, starting from a one-off, fixed fee of £3,500.  To ensure that it remains devastatingly effective, availability will be restricted to only two agencies in each geographical area of the UK.
