In ten short years, Nicol & Co have grown a successful and highly regarded business operating across Worcestershire from offices in Droitwich and Worcester with another in Malvern in the pipeline this year. They’ve been hailed as the ‘Next generation of Estate Agents’ by EA masters and they required a website which demonstrates just that.

The brand


We were initially commissioned to overhaul their website, however, we recognised other areas which could be improved in order to represent their new market-leading position. We refined their current brand and provided a clean, modern logo along with a new colour palette, which added sophistication and greater contrast. We also developed an illustration style which can be utilised across all their marketing materials. Along with some new for sale boards which have been well received and really stand out.

The Website

A user-centred approach

The website has been designed to provide the user with information tailored to them. This is achieved by driving them directly to a page specific to the topic they are interested in. But we don’t just stop there once they’ve reached the audience specific page, there are ‘call to actions’ relevant to that audience influencing the user to achieve the desired goals. Along with a guide lead magnet to capture the user’s information.
