The brief
PropertyStream were excited to work with one of the most talked-about estate agencies in the UK, already known for running an exceptional operation under a striking brand, with brilliant personal agents. TAUK wanted a website that truly reflected their compelling personal agency model. The goal was to create a platform that gave every agent their own engaging, feature-rich page while delivering a cohesive, powerful brand experience and exceptional UX for customers.
The challenge
The task was to unite all TAUK agents under one powerful website while ensuring each had the ability to shine through their own individual pages. The site needed to be striking in design, lightning-fast in performance, and technologically advanced—with complex integrations to support lead management and agent connectivity. Every aspect had to feel both personal and premium.
Our approach
We designed a bold, contemporary interface where TAUK’s striking photography, videography and strong identity take centre stage. Built on our SignaturePro framework—our top-of-the-range website solution for high-performing estate agents—the site is powered by Gatsby and Gutenberg technology. It combines lightning-fast performance with an intuitive visual editor, giving TAUK exceptional speed, flexibility, and full control over their content. Engineered for industry leaders and multi-branch agencies, SignaturePro is designed to grow and scale with their success.
Key features include an advanced agent search, personalised Instagram feed modules, and direct data integration with Rex—feeding property data, assigning leads, and syncing viewings automatically. With Cloudflare providing advanced domain-level protection and extensive speed optimisations, the result is a secure, ultra-fast website that delivers a seamless user experience.
The outcome
The finished website perfectly embodies TAUK’s ethos: personal, professional, and progressive. Every agent has a dynamic, content-rich page that feels like their own site within the wider brand, showcasing properties, social media, and testimonials.
