The Background
We were delighted to be invited by Peter Knight, a highly respected name in the property sector, to lead a full rebrand and website project for his established business, The Property Academy. Known for its authority, insight and results, the brand had reached a natural point of evolution — one that needed to reflect wider ambition, growing influence and a future that extended beyond property alone.
The Brief
To deliver a bold, credible brand and digital presence that conveyed leadership and momentum, while staying true to the trusted community built on experience and performance. The new identity had to be clear, confident and capable of scaling across multiple sectors without losing its sense of purpose.
The Challenge
The challenges for this project were several. Balancing authority with approachability and managing a name change from a very well established brand. Designing a brand flexible enough to work across multiple industries, yet distinctive and recognisable. Ensuring the website clearly communicated the membership model, events and training, while appealing to new audiences.
Our approach
We developed Leaders.inc from the ground up, carefully shaping the name, structure, typography, colour and iconography to create a modern, scalable identity. The website was designed to clearly articulate the offer, inspire confidence and support expansion into new markets.
The results
A confident new brand and digital platform, unveiled to rousing support at EA Masters in London in November 2025. Leaders.inc now has a clear, credible presence built to grow well beyond property. The strongest endorsement came from the Leaders.inc team themselves, who told us they absolutely loved the new brand and received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback throughout the conference.
