It is estimated that 48% of the population currently own a pet and almost 5 million live in privately rented accommodation in the UK according to the Dogs Trust which is The UK's largest dog welfare charity.
They have developed a “To let with pets” campaign in which several big letting names have been involved with, including our friends at Knight Frank - the world’s leading independent property adviser.
Is this a clever tactic that could be used as an advantage to estate agents so they can portray an image of ‘trust and understanding’?, It could really help persuade it’s animal loving clients.
But are they barking mad or forward thinking?
