2020 saw the year the digital world grew and in turn that meant we did too. Excitingly, and in particular the marketing side of the business expanded. We’ve been working on expanding our marketing support to clients, with a range of packages to help our property clients overcome common hurdles, elevate their marketing and, as a result, excel in their markets. So watch this space!
To us, we firmly believe that branding and marketing go alongside web design. These shouldn’t be left behind if you were to get a new website created or have your existing website refreshed.
Think about what your current marketing strategies and brand looks like, will they suit the new look your website will have? Does it seem to not fit anymore? When considering change, everything should be thought about. Not just one component.
This related to us as we wanted to be able to offer our clients more and encourage the growth of PropertyStream. This means we had to think about what needed updating and what needed to be brought into the company to make this happen.
Being able to build upon what we could offer our clients has always been on the cards and with projects increasing, it was the perfect time to explore this.
In the second half of 2020, PropertyStream saw the addition of Pernilla Tweddle, our Marketing Director. She has bags of experience and knowledge, especially within the property sector having most recently headed up the marketing for one of the country’s leading estate agents. There’s absolutely no doubt she’s a fantastic asset - eager to help our estate agent clients to excel in their marketing wherever they are in the UK, be that with new website copywriting and content, marketing planning and strategy, brand positioning, valuation campaigns, SEO strategy, Google paid campaigns or social media marketing including blog writing.
Joining Pernilla in marketing is Monica Fong, she joined PropertyStream in December as the Marketing and Copywriting Executive. Working closely together with Pernilla, Monica is at hand to help and execute day to day tasks including copywriting for website projects, blogs and social media content - both for our own accounts as well as for our clients. Monica is a terrific addition to our team, and adds real zest and urgency to our client’s marketing execution.
With the projects growing in 2020 we also said a warm welcome to Paula Greenwood, our Senior Project Manager. Her years of professional experience has meant she’s able to keep us all on the same page and take care of projects making sure they run smoothly. Paula has proven success in delivering large-scale digital projects in a variety of sectors and is already making a real difference to helping us improve our processes and efficiencies. Another terrific addition to our team!
We’re looking onwards and don’t expect our team to stop there. Right now, we’re recruiting for a further two roles to join our expanding team: Digital Project Manager and a WordPress Developer.
