The founder of PropFix approached us with a vision to launch a specialist property maintenance and home improvement company. They needed a fresh brand identity and a bold, engaging website that could speak to homeowners, landlords, and anyone in need of reliable property services — from minor fixes to major renovations.
As a new venture, the founders needed help laying the foundations — from developing a standout name and sourcing the right domain, to crafting a modern brand identity, writing copy, and designing a website that could communicate their wide-ranging services to a broad audience. The goal was to create something bold, approachable, and built to scale.
Creating a name and brand identity that was memorable, modern, and scalable was key. The website also needed to communicate a wide range of unique services clearly, while maintaining a vibrant, friendly, and professional tone across all copy and design. Finding a suitable name and available domain was part of the challenge.
We began by working closely with the client on the naming process — exploring ideas, checking domain availability, and ultimately crafting a brand that was simple, punchy, and ready for growth: PropFix.
“The logo was inspired by the idea of fixing different parts of a house,” explains our designer. “We used bright, vibrant colours to create something energetic and recognisable — something that could grow into a national brand.”
PropFix now has a brand identity that feels bold, energetic, and trustworthy. The website reflects their ‘one team, one solution’ message, while making it easy for customers to explore unique services, book jobs, or learn about 0% finance options. The design is clean, modern, and approachable — placing clarity and ease of navigation at its core.
Our copy team wrote all website content to reflect PropFix’s hassle-free, friendly approach to everything from leaking taps to loft conversions. With strong visual branding and clear, benefit-led messaging, PropFix is perfectly placed to grow its customer base and reputation.
