The way we work with you

Working with us

When you work with us, you’ll benefit from our own specific methodology that combines Waterfall and Agile techniques to get the best result. We work on projects in cycles and we define key milestones where deliverables can be expected and where your feedback and involvement is required. The following sections outline our staged approach.

We communicate with you

We’ll communicate with you at least once a week and at each stage of the project. You’ll get to know your project manager extremely well, and it’s vital you keep in contact with them to ensure that changes, amendments and thoughts are all dealt with.

We keep it personal

We care a lot about transparency and excellent service. That’s why it’s crucial that our project manager is assigned a specific point of contact from your team for any regular updates and checkpoints to ensure successful delivery and reporting of ongoing tasks and milestones.

We love happy clients

We keep each other in the loop
We care about getting your project done properly, and to do that we sometimes need your help. That’s why anything your project manager asks you for needs to be delivered quickly. This will ensure that there will be no blockers on your project and ensure a smooth customer journey with us.
We agree what’s happening before we start
In order for us to deliver your website project as quickly and effectively as we can, we provide you with a scoping document that we both agree upon before the project starts. It’s important that you review this document in detail before the project begins, in order to avoid any future confusions and adjustments to the timelines.

If any additional requirements crop up during the website project, we’ll carry out an audit of the requirements and provide you with the best plan of action to proceed.
Planning and initiation
The planning and initiation phase is designed to set the stage for the rest of the project, putting us all on the same page and defining the structure which the project will follow. Key tasks include:

  • Scoping & project documentation
  • Setup of the project plan
  • Dependency definition
  • Risk register setup
  • Weekly checkpoint setup
  • Definition of contact
  • Provision of any relevant materials
  • Project kick-off meeting

We love happy clients
