Each website project is undertaken in cycles and we define key milestones at which certain deliverables can be expected and where client feedback/involvement is required.

Clear and regular communication
We ensure we communicate at each stage of the project and on a weekly basis. In order for us to maintain our high standards at all times please ensure that you are in regular contact with your project manager to keep us updated on any changes, amendments or concerns.
As we value transparency and excellent service, it’s crucial that the project manager is always assigned a single stakeholder from your team for any regular updates and checkpoints to ensure successful delivery and reporting of ongoing tasks and milestones.
Planning and feedback
Due to the complex nature of your project, it is extremely important that any plans of action provided by your project manager are executed in a swift manner and any feedback requested is provided back within an agreed timescale. This will ensure that there will be no blockers on your project and ensure a smooth customer journey with us.
Scoping and documentation
In order for us to deliver your website project within optimal timelines, a scoping document will be provided and agreed upon before the project commences. Please ensure you have reviewed the scoping document in detail with your account manager prior to the project commencing. This will avoid any future confusions and adjustments to the timelines. If there are any additional requirements which may arise during the website project lifecycle, we will carry out an audit of the requirements and provide you with the best plan of action to proceed.
